mmm, January 3, 2013 This review is from: AdvoCare Meal Replacement Shakes - Box of 14 Single Serve Pouches (Chocolate) (Health and Beauty) I've tried a few different meal replacement shakes and this one is by far the best one. If I'm at home I use a blender with ice and its like a milk shake. If I'm at the office it still tastes good to just mix with water. all others I've tried only taste kind of ok if you blend with ice and add fruit or something.
