I was skeptical about this item as my friend is a vendor and was pushing it on me. I've been on it for 2 weeks and I have lost 7 lbs. However, I have also been dieting and doing cardio every day (Insanity workout). I drink the shake every morning as a meal replacement, snack 3 xs a day, and eat 2 small meals (low carb, high protein, lots of veggies) and try to drink about a gallon of water daily. So, I will say it's a combination of things, but this tastes good, has really low calories, carbs and sodium.
One thing though, the labels says 2 scoops per serving/ 30 servings in a container. This is my 14th straight day on it and it looks like I have about 5-7 day's worth left. Next time I will scoop out every inch of the powder and count the scoops to make sure I'm not getting jipped. Nothing to do with the vendor, the canister was factory sealed.

I love using HerbaLife nd will continue to use it...but this order was about 10 days late to arrive Maybe the seller overlooked it ? Didn't have any in his / her inventory at the time ? I had to send a message to ask where it was. Finally 2 or 3 days, my HerbaLife arrived. but without a note of explantions, thank yous, or apologies..
