I used 12 oz of cold water to perform the first tasting(As the directions indicate using it with a bottled water on the go) It mixed very easily and completely(No clumps,foam,or gook lying on the bottom)The taste was good to have used water(And I imagine would have been even better if Skim Milk were available to you). I will try the other two flavors shortly,but wanted to get my opinion of this product out here(since there were no previous reviews) Its Perfect for "On The Go" as well as at home(or the gym). Consider me sold,as I will be purchasing a case to have for those times when I need vitamins,minerals and High-Quality(Whey Protein Isolate and Concentrate)Protein.
