This product is my favorite gainer, bar none. Serious Mass has a 12lb bag that's a better price per pound, and I've personally tried it, but IDS is superior in terms of taste and ingredient quality.Taste: Excellent. I like the chocolate caramel the best, but the vanilla is great, too. It's good enough that just using water is fine but I highly recommend using almond milk or whole milk. Water does make for a fast, easy to drink shake, though. Mixability: It mixes well in a blender, less so in a shaker-cup. Doesn't mix that well with just a spoon. I don't mind clumps too much, I just chew 'em like food. Quality: This has all the primary and secondary nutrients needed and a relatively clean caloric profile.
