I am diabetic... and unfortunately I am ultra sensitive to blood sugar fluctuations so I absolutely feel everything I eat or drink in a very physical way. Because of that I follow a very low carb lifestyle. That is why I personally drink these shakes... if I drink one, I know it is not going to make me feel like crapola. I always have these shakes well stocked at work & home.I have tried all the othe brands & Atkins is the best in this flavor, chocolate mocha & the regular chocolate. I personally do not like any other flavor of the shakes. The Atkins bars are also really good for the most part . I would recommend buying 1 box of all the flavors to determine your taste preference before you buy in bulk.
