He's a caramel latte lover, and although he does partake occasionally, this Atkins shake holds off his cravings (ok, this, along with a daily coffee at home w/sugar free caramel syrup n cream). He grabs Atkins shakes heading out of the house so he's always got something at work in a pinch. I purchase the other flavors as well so he doesn't have to repeat too often, but, the Cafe Caramel is his first choice. It's a nice change of pace for him. Because of weight loss surgery, I have to have a minimum of 50 grams of protein a day. Two of these shakes a day (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) gives me 30 grams of delicious nutrients that tastes so much better than any other whey protein shakes out there!
